Hula Hoop Classes and Video Tutorials:

REFUNDS

Hula hoop class tickets are non refundable, except in the event that classes are cancelled by Happy Body Collective.

SAFETY

Happy Body Collective is not responsible for any injury sustained while using a hula hoop purchased from Happy Body Collective or while participating in an in person class or video tutorial.

Happy Body Collective strongly recommends that you consult with your physician before beginning any exercise program. You should be in good physical condition and be able to participate in the exercise. Happy Body Collective is not a licensed medical care provider and represents that it has no expertise in diagnosing, examining, or treating medical conditions of any kind, or in determining the effect of any specific exercise on a medical condition. You should understand that when participating in any exercise or exercise program, there is the possibility of physical injury. If you engage in this exercise or exercise program, you agree that you do so at your own risk, are voluntarily participating in these activities, assume all risk of injury to yourself, and agree to release and discharge Happy Body Collective from any and all claims or causes of action, known or unknown, arising out of Happy Body Collective’s negligence.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, NEGLIGENCE, SHALL WE, OUR SUBSIDIARY AND PARENT COMPANIES OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES THAT RESULT FROM THE USE OF, OR THE INABILITY TO USE, THE WEBSITE, INCLUDING ITS MATERIALS, PRODUCTS, OR SERVICES, OR THIRD-PARTY MATERIALS, PRODUCTS, OR SERVICES MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH THE WEBSITE, EVEN IF WE ARE ADVISED BEFOREHAND OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Completing a purchase through the website is done with acceptance of these terms and conditions. 


Apparel:

SHIPPING COSTS  

We offer free shipping on all our apparel. 

Express shipping is $5.00 for apparel.

If you are purchasing both hula hoops and apparel, please refer to the shipping costs table above.

We ship to Australia only. 

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES 

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. 

FULFILLMENT TIMES 

It takes us 1-3 days to process your apparel order.

SHIPPING TIMES 

Standard Post Domestic: 3-7 business days 

Express Post Domestic: 1-3 business days 

Please note we have no control over actual shipping times once we have lodged the parcel with Australia Post. Actual transit times have fluctuated greatly over the past 18 months due to Covid-19 related restrictions and delays. 

RETURNS POLICY 

Below is our Returns Policy. Sales via this website are governed by it. If you would like to return an item, please contact us at hello@happybodycollective.com.au. 

RETURNS 

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery date. If 7 days have gone by since your item has been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and have tags and hygiene liner attached. 

 Please email us at hello@happybodycollective.com.au to request your return. 

Once your return has been accepted, you will receive an email detailing how to send your item/s back to us, and our Australian returns address. 

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, or do not meet the above criteria.

REFUNDS 

Full priced items can be returned for a refund provided they meet the above criteria. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item/s. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. 

Items damaged as a result of incorrect garment care, or general wear, are not considered to be faulty.

EXCHANGES 

We do not issue exchanges.

If you need an alternate size, please place a new order. 

RETURNS SHIPPING 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

Happy Body Collective is not liable for the loss or damage of garments in return transit. We recommend using a trackable delivery method, and keeping note of your tracking number.

Returns shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer.
