30 minute show:
The Flash Sisters are on a quest to become famous!! This 30 minute circus comedy act includes hula hooping, acrobatics and family friendly comedy. Foxy and Flossy are available for birthday parties, festivals, and private events. This act can also be cut down to fit into a cabaret or circus show!
3-10 minute act:
Alternatively, our circus duo can create a 3-10 minute act tailored to the theme of your event. Maybe you are after a sassy hoop routine to celebrate the launch of your new skincare business. Or perhaps a comedy acrobatic routine to celebrate a friend’s big birthday! Our hula hoop artists will provide performances and personas tailored to the theme of your event. Hula Hoop Workshops
Our hula hoop workshops are a great way to get everyone moving, laughing, and building confidence and connections.
The workshop is structured like a one-off hula hoop class, where you will learn how to hula hoop plus exciting new tricks! Our teachers ensure an all-inclusive and supportive environment for people to try new things and express themselves through hooping.
Our workshops can be booked for kids or adults. Perfect for community events, corporate team building or private events such as birthday parties or hens nights!

Kids Parties
We would love to make your child’s day with a unique and exciting hula hoop circus party!
Our two hula hoop teachers will arrive with music and bright, fun costumes, and of course a giant stack of hula hoops for everyone to learn and play with. We can also create a birthday performance for your child!
Our party teachers come prepared with hula hoops of all sizes so anyone can play and learn a few hula hoop tricks- even the parents!

Our teachers come prepared with hula hoops of all sizes so anyone can drop in and learn a few hula hoop tricks to impress their friends!
Stay for 2 minutes or 2 hours and our qualified teachers will ensure everyone learns a few new skills to be proud of.
Play spaces work well at festivals, open days, markets and more to increase the fun vibes and encourage community interactions.
